ALMATY ECOLOGY
TECH CHALLENGE
This is more than just a contest: it's a chance to improve Almaty's heath and environment
About the Challenge
Prepare to bring your ideas to life with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and present your solution at the competition's finale on May 10th.
The objective is to develop a technological solution that addresses the air pollution in Almaty. You will start by exploring "The Case of Ecology of Almaty," a comprehensive overview of the issue compiled by Ravkat Mukhtarov. While this document will not provide direct answers to the challenge, it will offer the necessary background to inspire and inform your solution.
IT Qaimaq, Digital Nomads, AstanaHub, and the Ministry of Ecology are excited to invite all students from Kazakhstan to participate in a challenge that seeks to address a significant concern that affects many of us directly: the air pollution in Almaty. As the largest industrial city in our country, Almaty faces notable challenges with air quality, impacting both our environment and public health.
This challenge calls on students with a strong interest in technology to use their expertise and innovative ideas to address this serious environmental challenge.
